1. About Us
Hamdiyah Fashion is a ladies clothing boutique based at Shop 9, Al Zafrana Building, 22 Nuaimiya Street, Al Nuaimia 3, Ajman, UAE. We specialise in lawn suits, formal wear, casual wear, dupattas, accessories, and custom stitching services.
2. Orders
- Orders can be placed via WhatsApp, Telegram, or in-store.
- All orders are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- An order is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from our team with an order reference number (e.g. HF-2026-0001).
- We reserve the right to cancel an order if the item is out of stock or if there is a pricing error. You will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued.
3. Pricing
- All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED).
- Prices are as quoted at the time of order. Prices may change for future orders.
- Delivery fees are additional and will be confirmed at the time of ordering.
- Card payments via Ziina incur a 4% service fee which will be disclosed before payment.
4. Delivery
- We deliver across the UAE including Ajman, Sharjah, Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, Al Ain, and Abu Dhabi.
- Standard delivery fee: AED 20. Remote locations may incur AED 25.
- Delivery times are typically 1-3 business days depending on location.
- You will be contacted before delivery to confirm availability.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.
5. Payment
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, and card payment via Ziina.
- For bank transfers, payment must be completed before dispatch. Please share your payment receipt via WhatsApp.
- COD orders must be paid in full upon delivery. We do not accept partial payments at the door.
- Ziina payment links are valid for 48 hours. If payment is not made within this period, the order may be cancelled.
6. Exchange Policy
✅ We offer exchanges on unworn, unused items with original tags attached, within 7 days of receiving your order.
❌ We do not offer returns or cash refunds on any items.
Exchanges are accepted in the following circumstances:
- Wrong size: If the item does not fit, we will exchange for a different size of the same item (subject to availability).
- Wrong item received: If you received a different item than what you ordered, we will exchange it immediately at no cost.
- Manufacturing defect: If there is a genuine defect in the fabric or stitching that was not visible at the time of purchase.
Exchanges are NOT accepted in the following circumstances:
- The item has been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
- Original tags have been removed.
- More than 7 days have passed since receiving the item.
- The item was purchased at a discounted or sale price.
- Custom stitched or altered garments (as these are made to your measurements).
- Change of mind or personal preference.
To request an exchange, contact us via WhatsApp at +971 55 251 6482 with your order reference number and a photo of the item. Our team will guide you through the process.
7. Custom Stitching
- Custom stitching orders are final and cannot be exchanged or returned once work has begun.
- It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate measurements. We are not liable for fitting issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
- Stitching turnaround time will be confirmed at the time of placing the order.
- Any alterations required after delivery due to measurement discrepancies will be assessed case by case.
8. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph our products. However, colours may appear slightly different on screen compared to the actual item due to display settings. This does not qualify as grounds for an exchange.
9. Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via WhatsApp.
- Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- Custom stitching orders cannot be cancelled once work has commenced.
10. Limitation of Liability
Hamdiyah Fashion shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services beyond the value of the original purchase.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ajman, UAE.
